What we did
Automated Analytics faced the challenges of aggressive growth and expansion into the US market, struggling to maintain their unique culture and ensure smooth onboarding amid rapid team expansion. They were also unaware of their team's perceptions about working for the company and their views on leadership. Recognising the critical need for a robust HR function, we initiated a comprehensive review to address these pain points.
Within 12 months, we developed a tailored people strategy and roadmap, introduced an innovative onboarding process to engage new hires and ensure an exciting initiation into the company. We also implemented an HRIS system to streamline processes for both current and new employees, ensuring efficiency in operations and reviewed and enhanced benefit offerings based on employee preferences.
