What we did

After surrendering their HQ during COVID and doubling headcount, Pitchup.com were effectively a new company. Not only was their team much bigger and dispersed, but all were now remote. Facing the critical need for a robust HR function, we initiated a comprehensive HR review.

From compliance to team engagement, we analysed the status quo, designed a fit-for-purpose people strategy, and implemented the infrastructure required for retention and attraction to enable growth. In 24 months, we covered management upskilling, digitised guides, implemented a suite of policies and contract updates and introduced new health & safety processes, pulse surveys, performance management platforms benchmarking and much more.
