Louise's expertise and guidance were instrumental in defining our company values, vision, and culture framework. The people strategy mapping day was excellent and Louise is great to work with. As a management team we have very different communications styles and areas of focus and Louise really managed that well. The Discovery day felt like it flowed organically and it provided us with a lot more in terms of overall strategy and direction than we were expecting. Her knowledge and considerable experience of working in large organisations meant that we made a lot of progress and I can’t believe how much value we’ve had from the process since and how often we return to it! We’re now looking working with Louise again to support our offshore growth plans for 2025
